Grady Crosby serves as Johnson Controls’ vice president public affairs and chief diversity officer and is president of the Johnson Controls Foundation.
Grady L. Crosby is responsible for leading Johnson Controls’ government relations strategies, sustainability efforts and its philanthropic initiatives, in order to enhance enterprise business objectives and maintain the company’s commitment to social responsibility, community involvement and the environment.
Crosby joined Johnson Controls in 2011 as vice president and global general counsel for the Power Solutions business. In 2014, Crosby accepted his current role.
Crosby holds a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Howard University.
He serves on numerous boards, including Wisconsin Policy Forum, Global Compact Network USA, Marcus Center for the Performing Arts, Black Arts MKE, Froedtert Hospital, VISIT Milwaukee, The Wisconsin Center District, Travaux, and the Greater Milwaukee Committee. He is also a member of the Executive Leadership Council.
