John Turey serves as the Vice President of Enterprise Risk and Security Management at TE Connectivity. He is responsible for leading enterprise risk management, business continuity, crisis management and security strategies across the organization.

Prior to TE, John was with ITT Corporation where he led the corporate security and business continuity functions. Earlier in his career he was a Chief Security Officer at American Standard Companies and managed security for Avon Products in Asia Pacific.

John is a Board of Director member for the Global Security Risk Management Association and the International Security Management Association. In 2015 he was recognized by Security Magazine as one of five most influential people in corporate security.

John earned a Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Sacred Heart University and is board-certified in security.
