Justin Scheitlin

Allegion

Justin Scheitlin is vice president and chief information security officer for Allegion. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s global cybersecurity and product security programs. As a thought leader on IT security, he has also become more involved in enterprise physical security and the use of Allegion’s security products within an enterprise.

Prior to joining the Allegion IT security team, Justin lead the company’s Overtur development team, taking Overtur from concept to launch in seven months. Allegion’s Overtur is a cloud-based ecosystem where project team members come together to collaborate on the specification, design, and construction of door security and openings.

Justin started his career at Eli Lilly and Company as a programmer/analyst and transitioned to lead software product development teams there. Justin has also worked at a startup in the educational industry, helping build their support organization and organizing their product development teams.
