Beginning his career as an electrician and data technician, Brian has worked his way through nearly every level of the company—from the jobsite to the C-suite. Prior to becoming CEO in 2018, he spent five years as COO and three as Vice President, guiding Wachter through pivotal expansions and market transformations. Under his leadership, the company has grown to exceed $500 million in annual revenue, all while maintaining a people-first culture.
