Dirk Naylor became the executive vice president and general manager of Wesco’s Communications & Security Solutions business in June 2025. He leads a global organization that provides connectivity, power, security, safety, energy management and wireless solutions across a broad range of industries.

Naylor previously led Wesco’s U.S. CSS business and worldwide accounts, which included some of the company’s largest and most complex customers. His responsibilities also encompassed global data center customers, a segment requiring high-performance infrastructure, services and specialized expertise.

Naylor brings more than 30 years of experience in the networking industry, having built and led organizations across manufacturing, integration and distribution. He has held several leadership positions at Wesco including senior vice president (SVP) of the U.S., Senior Vice President of global accounts, SVP of the eastern U.S., regional vice president and area vice president.

Prior to joining Wesco, Naylor served as eastern regional vice president for Lowry Computer Products and as district sales manager at Panduit. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in industrial distribution from Eastern Michigan University.
