Before joining Netflix, Rob held senior leadership positions at Rivian and Northland Controls, where he spent more than 15 years leading engineering organizations and delivering complex security technology programs for some of the world’s most recognized companies. Throughout his career, he has focused not only on solving technical challenges but on creating environments where people can grow, take ownership, and do the best work of their careers.
Originally from the UK and now based in California, Rob is a firm believer that great leadership is built on curiosity, trust, and continuous learning. He is passionate about mentoring emerging talent, sharing knowledge freely, and helping others navigate their careers in an industry that is evolving faster than ever.
