Imperial CapitalWilliam “Bill” Lynch is a Managing Director in the Los Angeles office, primarily focused on Security M&A and strategic advisory. Prior to joining Imperial Capital, Mr. Lynch spent 19 years at ProFinance Associates, Inc., where he spent his tenure working M&A and finance in security, maritime technology, and high gross margin, repetitive income service businesses. In security and life-safety, he has managed and completed transactions in software, hardware, sensors, recurring revenue monitoring, and integration service businesses. Prior to ProFinance, Mr. Lynch was in industrial manufacturing, where he led strategic and capital planning, distribution, marketing, and sales with responsibility for the general management of the western United States for the Industrial Gypsum Division of USG Corporation. Mr. Lynch earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Menlo College.
