    Raymond James

    Alper Cetingok was named head of Raymond James’s Diversified Industrials practice in June 2018 and is also the head of the Security & Safety sector. Cetingok joined Raymond James in 2012 as co-head of the Security, Defense & Government Services (SDGS) Group in connection with Raymond James’s acquisition of Morgan Keegan. Raymond James’s SDGS Group has completed more than 230 M&A and financing transactions valued at approximately $35 billion and, in 2012, was recognized by Global Security Finance as the leading M&A advisor to the security and defense industries. Cetingok continues to serve as the Sector Head of the firm’s industry-leading Security & Safety practice. Over his career, he has successfully completed over 125 transactions, including numerous cross-border transactions in Europe and Asia. Cetingok is also a member of the Investment Banking department’s Executive Committee.

    Prior to joining Raymond James, Cetingok spent approximately 15 years at Morgan Keegan, where he founded and led the firm’s Security & Defense Group. During his tenure at Morgan Keegan, he assumed increasing levels of responsibility within the Investment Banking department and held the distinction of being the youngest managing director in the firm’s history. Cetingok was also a member of the firm’s Investment Banking Management Committee and Chairman of its Transaction Committee. In 2013, he was recognized by The M&A Advisor as a 40 Under 40 Dealmaker award recipient. He is also a member of the Advisory Board for the Earlybird Digital East Fund, an investment vehicle focused on funding early and growth stage companies in Turkey and Eastern Europe. Cetingok graduated magna cum laude from Rhodes College with a B.A. in business administration and international studies and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.

    William (Bill) Lynch is a managing director in Mesirow’s investment banking group. He is responsible for client management, deal execution leadership and new business development within the industrial technology and services sectors with a focus on the broader security industry including physical security and life-safety businesses.

    Prior to joining Mesirow, Lynch worked at Imperial Capital, where he primarily focused on security and life safety mergers and acquisitions, financings and strategic advisory. Prior to Imperial Capital, he worked at ProFinance Associates, Inc. Earlier in his career, Lynch held leadership roles in industrial manufacturing at USG Corporation, where he oversaw strategic and capital planning, distribution, marketing and sales for the Industrial Gypsum Division across the western United States.

    Lynch earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Menlo College. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, 79 and 99 licenses.

    Annie Lan is a partner at Egis Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on growth and buyout investments in the safety, security and protection industry since 2008. With 15 years of experience in finance and investing, Lan began her career at UBS AG. Along with Egis founder Robert Chefitz, she has been involved in and made numerous investments in companies in the security industry, from video to access, identity, IoT analytics, property and construction technology, specialized security logistics, risk management and public safety.

    John Nemerofsky is a SIA Board of Directors member and chief operating officer of SAGE Integration.

    In 2009, Nemerofsky became the senior vice president of Stanley Security Systems. During his tenure at Stanley, he oversaw wide-scope projects that included several turnaround initiatives, operational changes, sales and market expansions and customer acquisitions, managing an $800 million P&L and a team of 13 managers with a dotted line to more than 500 team members.

    In 2017, Nemerofsky took his management experience to an entrepreneurial endeavor as president of CGL Technologies. In his current role as chief operating officer at SAGE Integration, he focuses on operations, company acquisitions and organic growth strategies.
