He is responsible for driving growth and customer impact through strong alignment across product, sales, and engineering.

    Nercessian has worked in the smart buildings industry since 2010, including five years leading North American services development within Johnson Controls’ security integrator channel. He brings cross functional leadership experience spanning product and general management, sales and finance, with a track record across businesses of varying scale, and holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

    Brandon Davito is senior vice president of product and operations at Verkada, a leader in AI-powered physical security. In his role, Davito is responsible for product management, customer support, commercial operations and Verkada Global Services, bringing together cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences, drive product innovation and scale operational excellence as the company continues to grow rapidly.

    Before Verkada, Davito was vice president and general manager of smart cities and streetlights at Silver Spring Networks, where he led landmark smart cities projects in Paris, Copenhagen, Singapore, Chicago and Miami. He spent more than four years at McKinsey & Company, where he focused on high-tech and clean energy engagements for Fortune 500 companies.

    Davito earned his bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from Stanford University and an MBA and master’s in engineering management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

    Devin Love is the vice president of Global Software Platforms at Allegion. He is a key strategist and product leader, driving the company’s initiatives in open architecture, interoperability and mobile credentials. Love joined Allegion in 2014 as a lead engineer for the award-winning Schlage Sense™ Smart Deadbolt, a first of its kind for the industry. As director of technology alliances, he turned his focus to expanding Allegion’s partnerships to boost the value of Allegion solutions, collaborating with industry leaders in adjacent markets to ensure joint product offerings enhance the overall user experience. He has led commercial electronic product activities to provide high-quality, trusted innovations across Allegion’s portfolio.

    Prior to joining Allegion, Love served as a program engineer for new product development at Raytheon where the need for customized avionics and ground systems provided him the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies ranging from GaN amplifiers to electro-optical/infra-red imaging systems. He graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a degree in electrical engineering and received his MBA from the University of Indianapolis.
