Ivan KravchenkoFounder and CEO
CoreWillSoftIvan Kravchenko is the founder and CEO of CoreWillSoft, a physical security software development company that builds core technologies for the manufacturers and solution providers behind the industry’s access control and video platforms.
CoreWillSoft engineers access control systems (PACS), video management platforms (VMS), mobile access solutions and secure device management software, along with the integration layers and certified middleware that connect them. The company solves the build-and-deliver challenges that manufacturers and security solution providers need an expert for. Under Kravchenko’s leadership, CoreWillSoft has grown into an engineering partner serving clients across Europe, North America and Australia, with more than 200 delivered physical security solutions and a portfolio of reusable software accelerators.
CoreWillSoft initiated the OSS-SO certification program and serves as its official certifier, authoring the conformance test suite that defines conformance. Through this work and active engagement with SIA, ASIS International, ONVIF, OSS Association e.V. and BHE Bundesverband Sicherheitstechnik e.V., Kravchenko contributes to advancing standards-led interoperability between Europe and North American market.
Kravchenko began his career in physical security leading mobile engineering at dorma, now dormakaba. He holds a master’s degree in applied mathematics.
Under his leadership, the company has grown into an engineering partner serving clients across Europe, North America and Australia, with more than 50 delivered security systems and a portfolio of reusable software accelerators. CoreWillSoft initiated the OSS-SO certification program and serves as its official certifier, authoring the conformance test suite that defines compliance. Jason SlocumCEO and President
i2G SystemsJason Slocum is CEO and president of i2G Systems, a national physical security integration and professional services firm serving data centers, health care systems, higher education institutions, stadiums and other complex enterprises. Slocum has led i2G’s transformation from a small Michigan-based team into one of the nation’s fastest-growing electronic security integrators, with more than 350 employees and an expanding national footprint. Under his leadership, the company delivers advanced integrations and technology solutions at an enterprise level. This includes enterprise access control, video surveillance, perimeter protection, advanced analytics and managed security programs for mission-critical environments where uptime, reliability and disciplined execution are essential.
Slocum is known for building scalable operating structures that pair rapid growth with technical quality, financial accountability and a strong people-first culture. His approach treats security not as a collection of standalone technologies, but as an operational function that must align people, policy, technology and performance. Slocum has helped position i2G as a trusted partner to organizations managing some of the country’s largest and most complex facilities, with particular depth in hyperscale and enterprise data center security.
