Eric Dean is the M.C. Dean chief technology officer and senior vice president for security and electronic systems, which drives enterprise electronic security, cybersecurity, audio visual and information technology systems design, deployment and sustainment expertise for the company. He has more than 26 years of experience in networking, wireless, CCTV systems and head end virtualization.
Dean serves on multiple original equipment manufacturer (OEM) committees for new product development and is an active member of the Security Industry Association, responsible for driving innovative approaches to the security industry.
With the growing connectivity of cyber-physical technologies, Dean is leading M.C. Dean’s managed services, managed cloud solutions, software engineering, and artificial intelligence developments for providing integrated access control, intrusion detection and video surveillance using the ease, flexibility and resiliency of the cloud.
Dean earned his master’s in telecommunications from the University of Maryland.

Christian Morin is the vice president of product engineering at Genetec. With over 25 years of experience in IT, telecommunications and physical security industries, he has a keen ability to anticipate technological trends, clearly understand customer pain points and drive meaningful organizational growth.
Morin is a multidisciplinary business leader, having managed many aspects of the organization, from operations to product development, since joining Genetec in 2002. His executive leadership continues to support the strategic direction and success of the company.

Martin GrenCo-Founder
Dr. Martin Gren is a co-founder of Axis Communications and currently serves as chairman of Axis Communications AB, the world’s leading manufacturer of network cameras. He is also a board member of Proact, a pan-European storage specialist; LumenRadio, a professional lightning company; and Harald Lunden holding, an investment company.
As an industry pioneer, Gren led the team who created the world’s first network camera in 1996. In 2015 he received a royal medal for entrepreneurship by the king of Sweden. In 2018, 2017 and 2013 he was named the most influential person in the security industry by Ifsec International. In 2012, Gren was named Security Entrepreneur of the Year by Detektor International, and in 2009 he was elected Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young in Sweden. In 2014 Gren was inducted into the Security Industry Hall of Fame by Security Sales and Integration magazine.
In May 2015, Gren received an honorary Ph.D. in entrepreneurship from the Lund University of Technology. In 2019 he was elected a member of the Swedish Royal Science board.
