As Chief Transformation Officer at Pavion, Post leads enterprise-wide initiatives that deliver strategic change and enhance the customer experience. She translates strategy into execution by optimizing processes, aligning teams, and leveraging technology. Over a three-year period, she led digital and operational transformation across 23 acquisitions—consolidating systems and migrating to a single ERP platform—improving efficiency, reducing costs, and positioning the organization for continued agility and growth. Known for her collaborative approach, she builds scalable operations and delivers measurable results.
Previously, Post served as Chief Strategy & Integration Officer at Pavion, where she aligned business units and advanced the company’s strategic vision. She also held the role of Vice President of Operations at CTSI (Corbett Technology Solutions), strengthening operational performance and service delivery.
Earlier in her career, she was Vice President of Service Delivery and Customer Experience at Johnson Controls, leading a team of more than 200 employees across North America. Her leadership earned multiple accolades, including the Chairman’s Award and several Merit Awards, and she is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
Post began her career with Tyco Integrated Security and ADT Security Services, holding senior leadership roles in installation, service, and field operations. She was a 14-time recipient of the company’s Club Excellence Award and a three-time Chairman’s Award winner.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Florida and remains actively engaged in industry associations, staying at the forefront of trends in fire protection, physical security, and systems integration.

Dean’s chief technology officer and senior vice president for security and electronic systems, which drives enterprise electronic security, cybersecurity, cloud and information technology systems design, deployment and sustainment expertise for the company. He has more than 30 years of experience in information technology and systems engineering.
Dean serves on multiple manufacturer and standard committees for new product development and is an active member of the Security Industry Association, responsible for driving innovative approaches to the security industry.
With the growing connectivity of Internet of Things technologies, Dean is the champion of M.C. Dean’s emerging services solution. He earned his master’s in telecommunications from the University of Maryland.

SiemensDirk Alexander Rohweder is senior vice president and head of the Siemens Building Security business, responsible for the global access, video, intrusion and control portfolio. He drives the business and product strategy and leads innovation efforts that shape Siemens’ state-of-the-art security solutions. Before assuming this role, Rohweder spent many years in international software and IoT leadership positions, including serving as CEO of J2 Innovations and leading Siemens’ global Building Software Products business. Across these roles, he advanced open, interoperable software platforms for the built environment and helped establish widely adopted frameworks in the smart building ecosystem. Rohweder is a frequent speaker on digital transformation, open standards and the evolution of building technologies.
