Jesse Nercessian is Vice President of Global Products for the Access Control and Video Surveillance business at Johnson Controls, where he leads portfolio strategy, product management, and commercial operations. He is responsible for driving growth and customer impact through strong alignment across product, sales, and engineering.
Jesse has worked in the smart buildings industry since 2010, including five years leading North American services development within Johnson Controls’ security integrator channel. He brings cross functional leadership experience spanning product and general management, sales, and finance, with a track record across businesses of varying scale, and holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
