Nicole McDargh, JD, CPP

With 30 years of safety and security experience, Nicole has been actively engaged in every aspect of Enterprise Security Risk Management. Her focus and passion is on building processes that keep people safe no matter where they may be. Leading with humor, she has developed teams and programs which have safeguarded people and places in 29 countries. Nicole regularly speaks and works on spreading the message that Loss Prevention, Crime Deterrence and Safety Practices only work well and together when they live under one umbrella of a good Safety Culture and Mindset. She is currently the VP of Safety, Security and Loss Prevention for Dominos Pizza, LLC. Prior to joining Domino’s she was Regional Director for Safety and Security for Richemont Luxury Goods based first in Mexico City, and then in Geneva Switzerland.
