With 30 years of safety and security experience, Nicole McDargh has been actively engaged in every aspect of enterprise security risk management. Her focus and passion is on building processes that keep people safe, no matter where they may be. Leading with humor, McDargh has developed teams and programs which have safeguarded people and places in 29 countries. She regularly speaks and works on spreading the message that loss prevention, crime deterrence and safety practices only work well and together when they live under one umbrella of a good safety culture and mindset.
McDargh is currently the vice president of safety, security and loss prevention for Dominos Pizza, LLC. Prior to joining Domino’s, she was regional director for safety and security for Richemont Luxury Goods based first in Mexico City, Mexico, and then in Geneva, Switzerland.
