Scott Dunn

Scott Dunn is the senior advisor for strategic initiatives at Axis Communications. He is an industry veteran of 27 years, has been on the Axis management team since 2009 and recently moved to take over responsibilities for future business strategies and M&A activities for Axis Americas.

Dunn is continuing his role in leading Axis Americas industry associations efforts and has been elected to be the Security Industry Association’s incoming chair for March 2024. He also is a longstanding member for the National Advisory board for the National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security (NCS4).

In his past role of senior director for business development, Dunn was responsible for multiple business development programs, such as global system integrators, A&E, technology partners, technical services, professional services and end to end solutions. He has written many security related articles for best practices and future technology trends outlook for various publications and is a sought-after speaker/expert panelist at many industry events such as ASIS, ISC West and Securing New Ground.
